Mine was ordered 2/22, so it'll be eight weeks for me. Monroe Twp, NJ

That is good to hear, glad it might still be on time.

Few hours after posting this noticed that my truck got past awaiting shipment on the 11th and estimated delivery changed to 5/9. Hoping it arrives sooner.

Don't forget that the estimated delivery date is delivery to the dealership, not you. So add a couple days to that

I think something is wrong with my truck... So it was out of production of 4/4, and has just been sitting there since then. I'm about a 4 hour drive from the plant, my dealer cannot tell me anything, there is just no information. I asked them for when it will show, they said "could be 2-4 weeks"

Anyone have list of what is typically done. Forget what the process is called, when dealer received vehicle and is taking off plastic, disvake transport mode, etc.

Mine just updated again. I now have Monday 4/18 as my delivery to dealer date with four days to go. Bad math! Dang, I sure could have used that truck this weekend.

I'll be at the dealership Monday night for sure, directly from work to look it over. After that "Limited" issue thread that just ran, I'm taking a day off work when the truck is ready to be picked up so that I can inspect it really well in broad daylight before I sign over the money.

At the toyota dealership I worked at we called it a PDI. Lot guys take off all the internal plastic, do an internal/external cleaning, and pass it off to the shop. They run a basic check and get it out of transport mode. If there was damage it is fixed before PDI is done.

All i got from that thread is that I am only getting a 37k XL so i dont have a right to look for problems and should accept any problems.

That said I will be taking it for a long test drive to try out the trans shifting, road noise, any early onset 5.0 shaking. Other than that i will do a basic lookover for any paint issues i see worth fixing, but mostly fitment of doors, hood, and bed. It is a truck, not too worried but better safe than sorry
