Angry 2016 bed is splitting!

Just noticed today that the perimeter of my bed is splitting away from the sides. I first noticed noticed it starting around the passenger side wheel and continued further back. It is also happening in front of the driver side wheel well. I can see straight through to the ground. This is crazy! The splits have gone through the factory installed rhino liner also. It is only one year old with 14K. I called my local dealer and was told that their body shop will have to inspect it. I can not believe this is happening.

Has anyone else seen this?

Wondering if it was a bad batch of adhesive or a bad batch of aluminum.

Had a 2015 mustang Gt that the robotic welder didn't finish a few seams on. That sucked too, so I feel your pain

If you are talking about where the bedsides meet the flat part of the bed itself, mine is like that too. Mud splashes up and stuff when I get in a puddle. Haven't had mine lined yet. If anything I like it cause it helps drain the bed lol

Same here. Doesn't matter to me. It's a truck bed, not a swimming pool.....

My 2013 bed had gaps in it along the seams also, presumably to drain. Perhaps this is intentional?

Out of sheer curiosity, why are you this concerned?

That doesn't look good... especially the second & last picture.
Hope mine doesn't do that. I wouldn't be happy either!
