Mine 2017 has 200 miles on it and I noticed the gap around the wheel well to the bed floor when I was installing my tonneau cover. I can see the ground. It didn't concern me.

Because it was not like this when new. How do I know if it will or will not get worse? And what happens after the 3yr 36K? What will ESP say about it?

my 16 has same, even after dealer bed liner back in August . thought it was normal?

I can see in pics 2 and 4 that there is definately a separation, even cracks in the bed liner in pic 4. I would certainly have the dealership look at it as you have a factory applied liner. Impossible to know if you simply have too thin a coating, the bed is moving (anchor bolts lose?), water freezing issue, etc from here.
