Default Windshield wiper missing a spot..

Like the title says, my windshield wiper misses a spot right in front of my face and I can't see anything.. It'll get everything if I'm doing under 40 but after that it misses a spot as big as a basketball and it drives me crazy.. So I tried swapping the passenger and drivers side arms thinking it might be the spring, but that didn't help.. What could it be?

Alright I'll try it thanks. Question... When I swapped the drivers side and passengers side wiper arms, the passenger side arm didn't even touch the windshield except for on the very end.. Why is that? Well the I swapped them back and I bent the drivers side arm a little bit and that seemed to help so I'm gonna try to bend it a little more.

Bend the head, not the arm.

the springs get weak... I've had them do that too... wind over the hood pulls them away from the window at higher speeds...

So do I just need to buy a new spring? That's what I thought it was so I thought swapping arms would tell me if that was right or not but it didn't
