Default need some HELP!!

Ok first post on the forum, hello everyone. I have done alot of searching though

I have a 92 f-150 with the 4.9 has 128k miles. Bought the truck with 108k back in 2006. Replaced starter, plugs, plug wires, rotor button, distb cap, fan clutch, tstat. Truck ran fine until one day the CEL light came on and all of a sudden the tranny started shifting hard along with a slight rough idle. Sometimes light would go off then it drove perfect. I drove it to my hometown 200miles away no problems get up next day and bam problems once again.

Now its set for awhile only been cranked a few times over the last three years or so and the idle is still ruff and shifts like crap!! The battery is shot but i tested alternator and it works fine. I ran the codes and i got a crap load but some are prob due to battery.

Codes are: 117,638,126,122,112,327,654,513,552,556,558,621
Im like geez i might just outta run it across the scales and cash out!! Lol. Just wanting to know if their is a probable cause, thanks

When you get a lot of codes I like this clean all the grounds under the hood and under the truck. Rust builds up under the grounds and grounds become weak. Also clean the connection and look for damage pins on the computer. Reset the emc and repull codes.
