Default Trouble Codes

Hey Im new here and just have a couple questions about my F150
The truck is a OBD1 1995 f150 351w MAP sensor truck.
Im getting these codes
KOEO 121 (TPS volts too high/low) and 111 System Pass
KOER 121 (TPS system fault) 412 (Unable to control RPM during KOER) 172 (H20s1 not enough heat bank 1 too lean) and 538 (Insufficent RPM change)
Now i already changed the TPS about a week ago and i still have problems for example the truck seems like it doesnt know were the throttle is or its starving its self sometimes others (usually when warm or running for awhile ) its fine.
any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

Did you do the "goose" (WOT) test when you were supposed to? Just wondering.

I just meant for the 538. Usually its because you don't push the throttle at the goose test.

For the TPS ones you can try testing the TPS to make sure its working right. You can check for threads on here or wait for someone to post something. I'll look for the test steps and post it when I find them.

I found a video that shows how to test a TPS...but on the 302 not the 351...not sure what differences between the TPS on each is if any.

I'll keep looking.

The part number on the auto zone app shows the same part number for the TPS on the 302 and 351

And, that's what this forum is for. To help fellow ford-ers. And criticize a little, lol. If anyone gives you a hard time don't take it too personal, it's all in good fun.
