Have you checked your fuel pressure? How old is the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter?

If you can, do a fuel pressure test on your truck.

No problem. Just checked and fuel pressure should be between 32-35 (different sources I found on google)

Sorry, no experience fixing that myself, not on my truck anyway. You might want to check the steering components.

The ect sensor needs to be above 50 degrees or you get the code for it. Was the truck warmed up when you pulled codes.

The truck wasnt warmed up to operating temp, it was warm however, plus it was in a shop that is atleast 70 degrees. I will though do the test again when the truck is warm.
This thing is going crazy yesterday it was giving me
121 TPS volts too high or low
172 Too lean
And Codes relating to insufficent rpm change during KOER
Today im getting
122 TPS too low
118 Coolant temp volts too high (Truck wasnt at operating temp but was warm and indoors)
Any hints
