Use heat sink compound between ICM and base.

I forget your truck is a 96. Some years of the non MAF ICM attache to a heat sink to disapate the heat buildup. Sort of like the old cpu's with the cooling fins on top. The compound helps the heat transfer between the two.

OK so back at it. Returned the wrong ICM and replaced it with the right one. So far so good. No stall yet. So I hope it fixed my problem. If it doesn't work I guess a new distributer is in order...

OK so my rig ran better then it ever has for three days now its back to random stalling.... could something be making my ICMs go bad? Or should I go for the new distributer now? This is so hard to diagnose Cuz its so random and when I get it back to the house its running fine. Fml

With your truck being a 96 will it pick up live data with a scan tool?
