Default Horn doesn't work!

I replaced bad clock spring on my 94 F150. my airbag light was blinking and horn didn't work, so i thought both issues are relate... WRONG! Put in new clock spring and airbag light doesn't blink anymore and stays off, but horn still doesn't work! I checked all connections, fuse is good... How do I test the horns? To make sure they are working?

I would check to see if you have power at the horns.

Yes there is a horn relay.

I don't even use my regular horn anymore. My air horns get my point across much better

I know my '87 doesn't have a horn relay. Put power to the horn wires at the horns to see if they work.
