'92 is MAP. If it was MAF there would be a large sensor in the air intake pipe.

Oh I thought your post said 95 for some reason. I think 95 was the first year MAF was standard, and I think they did small numbers in 94. I've heard running an intake with too much flow can throw of a MAP sensor and make it run worse. I've never done it so I can't really say for certain if that's true. But it is less sophisticated so I believe it.

Is there a sticker or something that tells you what it is? Or do I have to look for the sensor in the intake
