Brake lines
Was replacing my front brake hoses, snapped a line in the process
does anyone know the measurements for how long the 2 front brake lines are? Its pouring down rain here so I'm trying not to get soaked to get the answer...

Are you talking about the line on the front cross member? Its just one line that gets Tee'd off where the left flex hose gets attached from the master cylinder line and the other end goes to the right flex line.
Its going to be almost 4ft of 3/16" brake line.

That's the one alright. I broke the end of that line about 6 inches before it connects to the flex hose. That hose runs from the driver flex hose, thru the frame, down the cross member and then to the passenger flex hose, correct?
Thank you for the length! If its not pouring down rain tomorrow I can get the line, I'm in a bit of a predicament as my only transportation for the moment is a sport bike that has too much power to keep traction in rain

Yeah I just replaced that line over month ago with both flex lines. Start from the right side flex line then bend as you work you're way to the left to get a good fit.

Thanks for the tips
And while I'm here, is bleeding brakes on these just pump up the pedal, release the bleeder, close bleeder, repeat? I've only done it on my bikes but never touched the brakes on the truck

Have someone pump up the pedal for you and hold it, open the bleeder very slightly or you will paint the inner fender with brake fluid. Close the bleeder and repeat until you have a nice stream of fluid with no air. Do the right side then the left, be sure not to let the master run dry.

Have you already broken you're bleeders loose before? Be careful not to break the bleeder in the caliper. Give it a couple light taps with a hammer then crack it loose.
I may invest in a one man tool when I do the back brakes, my girlfriend is gonna help me tomorrow on the bleeding... lets keep our minds out of the gutter for a sentence lol
Well actually I should invest anyway.... I hate being dependent on people to help me.
