The other day I said I'd find out what the description for the following address/value is that seems to alleviate problems for guys doing the Halogen to OEM LED setup. This is the description that the other software I have states for this address bit.
726-26-02 xxxx xxx* xxxx - Frequency Select Cfg Options:
0=Type 0 (default for factory LED)
1=Type 1 (default for factory Halogen)
2=Type 2
3=Type 3
I realize this description is vague but that's what it says so this is the description that will be added to the spreadsheet for consistency. I'm unsure what Type 2/3 do so I'll leave that up to others to experiment and post any observed differences.
726-50-01 40BE is DRL - Low Beams and Dedicated DRL. Which is the outputs at pins 36 & 40.
So you want to use the signal from one of the pins to trip your front sensor on when you take the truck out of Park, and your low beams come on as DRL, correct? Good idea. Report back if that works.
Edit: I see you don't want the low beam DRLs. Did you try 108E instead of the above? That should be the dedicated DRLs only. You need to have the 7F value at 726-45-01 set also for any of these to work.
This was a combo I tested out. As it turns out, 108E is the default with Stock LEDS. Yet the low-beams still come on with this option
Thanks for sharing this. By switching to value to 0, my LED headlights have been working flawlessly.

Ok so I've searched a bunch but just needed some clarification.
I have a 2015 sport fx4 Supercrew with the 8" MFT
I just installed Anzo Switchbacks with LED highs and lows and switch back turn signal bulbs too.
I set the turn outage and it works fine (no hyper flash on dash). However, if I set the DRL to parks and turns it powers the turn signals in amber instead of white. For the time being until I get an answer, I added parking to low beam so the Anzo planks are on.
Is there something I'm missing in Forscan or is what I'm looking for just not available?
Ps, it took me a minute to figure out how to bypass the auto lamp portion of the DRL (locked out when dark) so a tip is to use your phones flashlight on the sensor to test lol

Any advice or am I limited to where I'm at?
I wasn't able to follow - What's the end outcome you're looking for? Setting the Parks on the Anzo's will enable the Anzo led planks, white indicators/turns (since you're running a switch back bulb) and the rear tail lights.
I have mine set to Parks and Fogs:

I know I don't make much sense tonight lol
I'll explain better:
My end game is to get Anzo Planks and Turns (white on the switchback bulb) only.
When I tested settings, I chose parking and turns. When I did this, the switchback bulb lit amber all the time. The only way I could get close to what I wanted was to change the second bit to a 1 so it added parking lights to low beams.
Hopefully that made more sense. It's late and I'm beat.

Ah, got it. Then all you need to do is enable the Parks (nothing else) and that will give you what you're looking for (in addition to the rear tail lights).
Edit: in my post above I mentioned I had set Parks and Low Beams, I meant to say Parks and Fogs

maybe you could post in the oemLED swap thread as to what your problem was before and that this value 0 fixed it...could help alot of guys that still have issues?. Thanks!

Yeah I just stumbled across Dan's post with extra values.
