Default Shift Fork

So....I finally got the time to check my shift forks. See the picture below. There is a little shiny spot on the fork, but it doesn't seem to be my "shifting" issue. No im back to square one. Where is the "shifter" bushing(s)? Could that be the problem?

Default Transmission Cover Seal

What is the name of the seal located on the transmission cover...See picture below. I would like to replace it while I've the top cover off. Thanks!

That would come in the shifter bushing kit.

Those forks look like brand new.

They are missing the nylon pieces. Would this cause my shifting issues?

Anyone have a part number for "shifter bushing kit"? Anyone know where they can be purchased?
