My truck is lifted 6in so it doesn't rub on the body or fenders it runs on the frame. Not a big deal though, the real reason I'm looking into spacers is to get my tires offset and get that real big mean look. I was thinking about getting billet aluminum 2in ones as far as brand I haven't picked one yet.

naw...my bad...he is talking about wheel spacers...as long as they are hub centric spacers and you check the torque...you should be good

Yup and we still won't. If we get blind sided with them and they are bolt on we will torque them and talk with the customer about them. If they are slide on spacers bolt the wheel back up and pull the car out unless the customer is willing to let us take them off.

To much liability for us to work with them. We already have people trying to sue us for stuff that is there fault from the start. I won't argue if they are safe or not, it's just to much liability.

How often do you need to check the torque?

Wheel spacers suck. I have encountered two that people wanted me to put on, and I have broken two trying to put them on.

Just yesterday had a guy with one inch spacers on the rear of his challenger and when I torqued the wheel the stud in the spacer was just spinning. I talked him into letting me take them off and we just had to do a little work to the plastic on the wheel tub to get them to fit. He bought it that way so he said he will prolly come back to get wheels that actually fit his car.
