Y'all ill have to figure out what amount of off set I want. Also I might just get wider rims also. I heard that will put them out there more?

Wider rims with + offset will stick out more offset is normally measured in millimeters to give you rough measurements
To get them to hang out you'll probably want a 10 wide with +15 to 25 offset.
My wheels were on my truck when I got it never had them off to check size but I have 35x12.50r15 I have a round a 1/4 inch hanging out.

Nope nope that's wrong I forget the last wheels I bought went on a Nissan.
Most wheels you'll be looking at will be measured in inches.
