Your right thinking about other drivers on the road is simple minded

Clearly by the post on japolink I'm not the only one who feels that way.

Adding HID's to stock housing a personal choice. As long as you aim them down a bit there's no reason to cry like a chick.

Exactly, the only thing the housing does is reflect what ever light you illuminate in it, of course the HID are brighter, that's why people want them so they can see better at night, I think the main thing is people forget or don't care to re-aim the housings and that can be blinding for on coming traffic.

I did it with my motorcycle and just had to aim the light down and to the right a little more and have never had anyone flash me for bright lights.

Drinking and driving is a personal choice also your point is not valid. No matter what your lights will still glare and cause issues for on coming drivers

They are both illegal in most states just cause you can does not mean you should.

Crying like a chick when your lights cause an accident on a two lane road just cause you want to look cool is fine by me. You just deal with the ramifications If you want HIDs stop being a cheep skate spend the money and do it the right way or don't do it.

The article is 100% correct
FYI
I never flash motorcycles they need to be seen

I really dislike HIDs in stock housings - it's annoying as hell.

However I don't often bash for it, I don't have to like it, but no matter what I do I can't change it. It's not going to stop, so, if I believe them to be brights I flash them.

Nothing like a face full of true hid projection when all I can see is a glowing ball of deep blue coming at me.

Not like they can bright me back, lol.

That article also said having a lifted truck, no mufflers, or rolling coal makes you a douchebag, so I say that article is crap haha

As to the HID thing, I agree if they're aimed right it ain't bad at all. I'm a broke college kid, so there's no way in hell I can afford a pricey projector retrofit. So as soon as I get a few spare bucks, some ddm HIDs in my stock housing (aimed properly, of course) will do just fine.

What ever you have to tell yourself to justify it.
