Said he found a loose ground, but that wasn’t the issue. He found a bunch of codes that lead him to think it might need a new BCM. But I think that is my error. I had forgot to reconnect part of the harness after all of my testing, so when I tried to start it with the new relay it threw a bunch of codes. I didn’t have a chance to clear all of those before the truck got towed though.
I am still trying to figure out what my next move is. Buy the new fuse panel and hope it fixes it. Tow it to my buddy’s house so that we can figure it out together. Tow it to the mechanic who has done all of the previous work. Or tow it to the dealership.

Haven’t checked the BCM. New fuse panel is about $250 and I can do that. I already pulled it once to check it.
I am trying to find now if there is some sort of OEM immobilizer that may be cutting power. I don’t think there is. I can’t find anything for that. I looked through Forscan for anything that might point me to that and could find nothing.

I like puzzles and would love to figure this out. The mechanic also found the wiring for the upfitter switches (I should have told him about that) and I think he got scared that there is a lot of aftermarket stuff. I know there is because I installed it all, but I go out of my way not to **** with any of the OEM wiring.

Truck is coming back home today... on the end of a tow hook. My buddy that has been helping via text so far is coming over tomorrow evening and we will dig further into it. Ordered a new fuse panel from Fairway yesterday after calling to confirm it is the correct one. Got an email this morning from them that it looks like I am doing a conversion and they can't guarantee the parts. Just called them back to get the scoop on that. It is not a conversion (this time), I am trying to get my damn truck running. Just a little bit frustrating that they didn't do a check on the part that I suspect caused the issue and now they are checking EVERYTHING.

Truck made it home yesterday. Got the correct fuse panel ordered. Apparently I had put the incorrect part number which is why I got the email. P sounds so much like E. One letter made all the difference. Have the correct one coming and got a notification this morning that it has already shipped. With the 4th tomorrow, I expect I will have it Friday. Will be testing with the truck tonight to confirm it actually is the fuse panel. Otherwise it may be something bigger. Maybe PCM. Either way, I hope to have answers tonight.

Forgot to mention. There was a dude at the shop with a good looking lowered F150. I'd passed him on the road, but got to get a look at it a bit closer. Didn't really get to talk to him about all of the mods because the tow truck driver was waiting on me.

Did get a look at this Mustang he is building for a buddy. The front grill is in the bed of his truck, but it is a twin turbo 5.0 looking for 1000+ horsepower. Had a couple different stages of Whipple superchargers before he decided to go twin turbo.
