Been looking into your cover recently as I just found them. Ive been a bakflip guy but im ready to make the switch. I saw you offer deals for forum members. Are your rails level?

I'd pull the cover closed and lock it. Let it sit overnight in the locked position and if your rails are level and not binding the cover it should close just fine.

Just ordered one of these for my 04' as a replacement to an old extang cover and can't wait. Was exactly what I was looking for, wish I checked hear first to get the $50 credit though. LOL. I will post pics with it on my truck. I read this entire thread so I think I got enough knowledge from everyone to know what to look for. Heard so many good things about these covers, I am literally giddy to get it on my 04' which I have recently got back on the road.

Just ordered my Peragon cover last week. I'm super excited to receive it. I have been waiting to get one since I purchased my truck last year. When I saw the Peragon anniversary sale going on it was a no brainer to not wait any longer and take advantage of this amazing discount. I'm hoping it will ship earlier than expected, as the expected ship date isn't until March 25, and we possibly might go on a trip that week since it is my kids Spring Break. There a couple of guys I work with who are waiting for me to get mine so they can see first hand if they like it. I'm sure once they see it there will be a few more orders coming Peragon's way.
