Default Just Ordered A 2/4 drop

Going with Eibach kit since it doesn't require the flip and I can maintain my Caltrec traction bars and QA1 dual adjustable shocks. It won't ship for 8 days but I can't wait to get it.

good luck with the leafs. Already went down this road 3 years ago. You will get a lot more twist with those aftermarket leafs.

Intresting thought. My order is in hold while Jegs looks into the price difference between them and tirerack. So help me out here. How can I lower the truck without the flip kit. What else is out there?

Why do you want to go with out the flip kit?

I have the DJM 6 inch with out lifting hangers or shackles so I have a 7 inch drop and it rides fine with no notch

he heard from people that djms isnt good. yet ive installed them on trucks making more power 4 inch and 5 inch flip kit with no issues.

id much rather keep stock leafs and flip then doing aftermarket leafs which will have more axle wrap.

I have the Eibach drop on my truck, the rear springs are just as heavy duty as the stock springs, just less arch. I dont know anything about this twisting they are talking about. But I have a winpy V6 in my truck.

I may end up going with the flip but my concern is if I do not like how low the back is I will not have the option to place a 1/2" or 1" lift block between the leaf and axle to raise it ip a hair.

I read a post by Tony about 1" lift shackles. Can anyone tell me if they can be used in conjunction with the 4" flip to equal a 3" rear drop?
