As with most things on forums, people mostly Talk about doing things. For 98% of the world, it's too expensive to really be original.

OMG! Why most people love making things more complicated? If you want better Ride Quality, WHY NOT JUST BUY A Light Truck Suspension Seat(LTSS) Mitsubishi Montero/Pajero are equipped with Suspension Seat since early 90's.

We have an F650 at work with one of those seats in it. I personally don't care for it much.
