different headlights, depo fogs, lower Billet grille, PTM tow mirrors would look sick, maybe some cutout flares..

Agreed on the flares, get the Bushwhackers with the rivets. Maybe a red raptor style logo for the grille, and definitely get a set of the black lightning heads to match those corners. Also a set of 08+ SuperDuty tails would look sweet on there. SuperDuty cab lights and some tow mirrors if you're into that, and most definitely a lower bumper grille.

Youre right the rivets would look better.. I'd PTM them too.. maybe leave them black if you decide to go with the black L heads

I would get the buschwacker cutouts. They have the rivets as long as the button style button style pops out little cutouts go out little more lol
