Need some help. PO303 code came up. Now before anyone says do some search I've done that but it don't help me and here is why.

Truck was running fine and I went to the car wash (not an automated one) I washed the truck (I didn't open the hood to wash engine) well after bout 5-8 minutes I got back in the truck and put it in drive (had the truck running the whole time I was washing it off) well when I pulled out of the bay the truck started jumping and and sputtering. Easiest way to describe how it sounds is like a helicopter when I give it gas. Also at stop lights and such its acting like its missing. It's jumping acts like it has a lope to it. So again it brought up misfire cyc 3.

Any thoughts. Maybe somehow water has gotten into the cylinder maybe plug. Been running like this for 3 days now. Any suggestions or help. Thanks.

Sounds to me like a coil pack that had a bad boot and the water shorted it out causing the miss

thanks for the helpful advice. I do appreciate it. I am thinking wires plug or coil. Was just getting some other opinions and experience as well. I'll more then likely go for a cool pack tomorrow. Thanks again

For those of you sitting on the edge of your seat waiting to find out what was wrong with my truck LMAO

it was the coil pack. Went to pull a part pulled one and replaced mine. It's running smoother then ever.

Also got me a set of wires and new plugs. Will replace all that Monday and oil change.
