Is it a whole new truck now that everything is fixed

 

That it is. Runs great has more giddy up an go since I cleaned the port and replaced the gaskets. Good for another 150,000 now lol.

 

Thats good and the ports being clogged like that explains a lot and you milage should be better now too

 

Forgot to mention mileage. Yes it has improved dramatically. Went from using 1/2 tank driving round to 1/4 tank. Can't beat that specially with the roller coaster gas prices.

 

Ya I hear u there and its OK if u forgot because u can't remember everything

 

Next to fix, well replace the gasket ( which will be a PITA ) I think it's the one between te tranny and engine. I am leaking a bit if oil there.



Not best pic but ya get the idea. Looks like ALOT but not really. Just keeping check on oil level. Anyone ever replace the gasket in this area???
