hey jbrew, I bumped this topic to a new thread related to the fuel pressure problem specifically.

Well, last summer I usually had it below quarter tank a lot, yet I changed the fuel filter for fun and the old one wasn't even dirty (changed it in July). I hear pump come on everytime key is on. Tapped tank but pressure didn't go up until I cranked and it still took a bunch of cranks to start after psi went to normal
