Amazon and OReilies both have a long list of WIX oil filters that supposedly fit my trucks....but when click on one, it says doesn't fit your vehicle lol. Sites are buggy this morning.

I think 51732 is the correct WIX though, that came up on google itself...just have to confirm it.

32 degrees out, and my neighbor is out mowing his lawn. LOL.

The WIX 51372 and 51372XP are the two Mainstays.

From what I've been able to find, it appears that the "service grade" filters sparked WIX to start their own line called Pro-Tec. That carries the part number PXL51372. This is the exact filter that you get with a Microgard. My Auto Extra's are also the same thing.

EDIT: I found a pic on RA of the Pro-Tec series.

Brew, check this out. Just found WIX has a P/N lookup on their site.

EDIT: I'll be dipped.... I didn't realize WIX made these PCV breather filters for the first EFI SBF's. I've only found them in Dorman stuff. I need to order a couple! I usually just soak them in brake cleaner, LOL.

Yea, I found the 51732 at Rock for 3.07 apiece.

Okay, the XP is there as well...way down at the bottom...7.86 apiece.

The WIX Pro Tecs are 2.53 apiece. Getting scary cheap now.

EDIT: Looked back, couldn't find it...didn't you cut a WIX open as well?

I cut open the Auto Extra, which is made by WIX. Also the 51315, which is an FL1A. Incredible quality on those.
