Oh... my Hurst shifter is the one Saleen put in the Fox. I bought it from Saleen several years ago. After my Buddy built it, it shifts so awesome. Pretty sure I jacked up 2nd in Frankie today. I missed it pretty bad. This no name shifter sucks.

Might try the Tri-Ax. I posted in my local pages about a Hurst. No bites yet. I'm actually in the middle of trying to get an issue resolved with Steeda. I am 100% certain it would have been resolved already if it was with LMR. They are being good about it, but they are pissing around with the manufacturer of my headlights instead of just sending me a new light. The drivers side leaked water last time I washed it. It's ridiculous.

I forgot you were going with a 351. (I keep thinking you were planning to drop that in the 89.) Thus, I recant. The 3.31's should work well with that.

That sucks about the headlights. I would expect more from a company like Steeda.

Yep... I've had two issues resolved same day with LMR now. One of the window motors that I got from them had a bad bung where one of the screws went. They 2nd day'd one to me for that. Then recently I bought one of their Idle Adjusters that came to me looking like it had been beat with a hammer. Again, sent a new one out to me right away. They dealt with it on their end, and on their time. I really appreciate that in a company.

I have been trying to resolve this idle issue on my own, but I think I might just throw in the towel and put the adjuster on it. It's really strange.... I was going to replace the caps in the ECU and see how it acts. Can't find where I put my cap kits though... Also can't find the rivets you sent me. Probably in the same box. Grrrr.

Still no word from Steeda. Getting a little uneasy.

Someone in the local Mustang group saw this thing out for a stroll on Saturday. It no longer serves as an active patrol car, BTW.
