No, the newer beds have the fin thing at the top so it would stick out past the body, plus I think it's a different width

Still won't fit, different hight, and width, and the body lines are way different.

i have a 00 f150 with an 04 f250 tailgate, no modding, but theres a gap on the sides and my wires hang out the back through them. only problem i see though. otherwise its a nice fit.
