My entire tailbed is rusted and bent out of shape.. no damage to frame. Just need to replace tailbed. Found someone on craigslist with a replacement. But never have replaced it.

The bed, or the tailgate? Tailgate should take less than 2 minutes, bed could be easy, or it could take forever. Depends on if your bolts are rusted / they break.

The entire bed. Are there a lot of bolts that connect it ? Looking for a tutorial or guide but can't find anything

look in the bed..you will see the hardware that hold it to the frame. take those out(can be fun), unclip wiring and unbolt filler neck and ground straps

Default Tailbed Replacement

From the looks of your bed and the supports rusting out from under it. I would say a typical 2/5 difficulty on a southern no rust truck just went to 6/5....
