I hear ya. I currently have two 6.5" subs under my rear seat. I'd go bigger, but my kids sit back there sometimes.

Yeah..im just trying to figure out what i wanna do in terms of box size and fitment...no one rides in my back seat but my tools, its pretty nice the few times ive had to give people rides...im currently just brainstorming what im gunna do once i get my truck back from the body shop...Took it to Firestone Auto for A/C work and they drove it into a gate for an enclosed dumpster.. i guess i got pretty lucky with the lack of damage..but since they decided to fix it for free and buy me a set of tires, i have money to spend on subs now! first picture is of before it happened

I have an Audiobahn slim 10 in my Toyota, and it does pretty good. I've been thinking of changing to the Pioneer slim 10 though, because my Audiobahn likes to stink when it gets worked, LOL.

Glad to hear the Pioneer 10 does well.

I've got a pioneer 10" shallow mount in my truck. PIONEER TS-SW2502S4 10-Inch, 1.200 Watts Shallow-Mount Subwoofer
Amazon Amazon
This exact one.

It hits plenty hard for me, I listen to country, classical rock, rock, and every now and again hip hop/rap. Usually country/(classic)rock is what I'm listening to.

I can take a few pics if ya want. And I know it's not going to be crystal clear and it's not perfect but if you want to hear a song, let me know and I can do a quick recording in my truck.

2100, I've had that exact one in my Amazon "Save for Later" for over a year now, LOL. One of these days I'll throw it in and buy it, LOL.

Damn home projects and my 351 have been priorities though.

I built a custom enclosure for a single shallow-mount Kenwood 10. You can see pics in the thread linked in my sig.

Pardon the messy truck. A Siberian husky and teenage cousins wreck havoc lol.

You can see the single sub actually uses 2 seat spaces. You need the air space for the sub to hit right. I believe that's why the double subs use the seat risers. You need more air space for 2. I had supercrew sound flip their box since it's designed for the driver side. They obliged without hassle.
I'll get a video here soon.
