It will be a suspension component.
Find out what is worn and has too much play.

Could be lower ball joints, Google how to check them if you don't know which I'll assume you don't since you're asking.

Tackle, give him time to google it and learn how. Otherwise he would have stated in his op that he already checked that.

You'll be alright. I've gave my suggestion and you know how to check. Should be a fairly easy diagnosis.

Godspeed.

Default Maybe a shock upper bushing

I have noticed on these f150s that the upper shock bushings seem to wear quickly. (Shock not control arm). I replace my right front and it's messed up again after a year. I must have a sharp edge somewhere on that upper mount. I can tell easily because there seems to be a lot of play in the front upper shock mount and I can see visible wear. Maybe that's it? Hope it's not a ball joint.

Thank you for a polite answer that is extremely helpful. I was thinking about it being a shock cause it does it more when I turn to the right and go over bumps and it doesn't sound like a bearing or ball joint it sounds like a bushing. Also it is coming from the drivers side

I'm voting for a ball joint. Let us know what you find out, I'm just curious now...
