I had the same squeak you describe and it's annoying as all hell. Balljoints tie rods bushings all good and greased and couldn't resolve it. Until I bought a needle tip injection thing for my grease gun and injected grease into the sway bar bushing that mount it to the frame than she went away. Good luck let us know
