Hey all anyone done there gas straps recalls yet. I'm planning to take my truck in for it soon

 

Yep, put it off for quite a long time. Old lady (since it was originally just her truck), kept getting on me to get it done. How they can make sense out of a recall for something like that on a truck in MN with 180,000 miles on it with no failure so far and replace it for nothing I will never really understand. At some point (yrs or mileage wise) there shouldn't be any reason a manufacturerer needs to cover things like this.

Had mine done, it's a pretty quick fix

 

Even I get here in Germany new. Although the car was never built for Germany. It takes only half an hour and you've got your car back! I can not get anything on the Ford dealer for my car, but the recall they did

 

I am going as soon as I finish some stuff and its drivable.

Just had mine done yesterday sat there for four hrs So I test drove a 2009 f150 to waste some time

 

Lol that's a good one I'm going to do the same since I'm going there in a hour might as well test some new trucks out

 

yes,ive done mine.it only took about 45 min for them to do it.might call ahead make sure they have some in stock
