Default Question about front end

Hey guys, I drive an 01 scab with a little over 100k miles on it. Not too long ago I heard a noticeable creaking noise in my front end, and had to replace the control arms ball joints etc. I thought this was going to solve my problem but the noise is still there. Small bumps, speed bumps, even turning causes the creaking to occur. It's very noticeable on the driver side front, but I can't tell if it's also on the passenger side. Any ideas on what this could be?? I do have a leveling kit and a 3" BL.

Lift it up and check for play in the wheels and steering linkage for starters

Sounds exactly like my problem, just had tie rods and ends, ideler arm, upper and lower ball joints replaced, didnt fix it. It tuned out to be the Torsion Bar Cross member, so I soaked(no joke) soaked the bushing and bolts with an ENTIRE can of WD40 and drove around and the next day it was gone and is still gone. Next time I will use a grease of some sort but for $5 give it a shot. It didn take a day to get all lubed up so be patient.

It's where the torsion bars connect to the front end. Just follow them to the front and you'll see the bushings
