Is there a way to maybe spray something in wheel bearings? I think mines starting to squeak but I gotta wait three days to replace it. How long does it usually have once it starts squeaking?

Squeaking. Clicking sound when u turn, stop. And play in the wheel when it's jacked. It's either that or my cv joint

Ball joints and wheel bearings cause play in the front end. Jack it up and if the tires are leaning or if it don't handle good then you could use an alignment

I had this same noise on my 97. Mine is a 2wd so no torsion bars. Mine ended up being the pitman arm bushing. The one on my truck is serviceable (has grease zerk) once I put some lube to it it shut up. I'm gonna replace it when I do my master bushing kit.

I'm not sure if that is the exact kit for my truck but you get the idea

Ok not the best but they will hopefully help. That left bracket is my Lift drop bracket, but the crossmember is the same on stock height but just bolted into the frame rail and not under like mine. I soaked where the bolts are. Also I soaked the entire bar and the torsion keys to and now I have had no issues since.

Inside the bracket is the bushing you cant see it but it is there and I say just soak it and see. It took about a day to actually quiet down but man it is sooooo quiet now. I hope this is your fix too.
