They all can be maxed at the hands of a tunner making the programmer a custom. You basically have to decide if you want dash displays or not. Good tunners are all over and also custom tunes can be emailed also. Bill at Power Hungry Performance is a Ford tunner in Georgia.

i likie my edge , i turn it up to 6,000 rpms, it rides out, deff better throttle response, the reason why edge is getting so popular now with f150s is because they mount up on dash, which is better, you can custum tweak more stuff with it yourself, and edge hands down provides THE BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

Bill doesn't custom tune for our year trucks anymore.. moved on to just 04+ and diesels...

I agree. Great customer service and dude, 6k rpms?? I'm surprised your tranny is still going!! I think my custom tunes are around 5250 or so... If I bumped it up to like 5500 I bet I could squeeze out a better 0-60...

I have the older Hypertech Power Programmer III and felt a nice difference running 93 octane on the premium tune. Didn't feel anything with 87 and the regular tune.

To be fair I did have the Superchips 1715 but only used it for tire size recalibration. Should've tested out those tunes while I had it
