Oops!! Did I say that? My bad.

I got a little peeved over the OP saying that the only BB kits were XXXX dollars and too expensive. Brew and myself, not to mention other's names I've forgotten, have all done these swaps and have brakes now that will stop our trucks. The stock 150 braking is suspect at best. The hoses are like the worst ever made and burst at inopportune times and under the worst conditions usually.

With all the information on this site about these brakes, one would think that a person would research better. We've posted part numbers and all sorts of things to make this upgrade viable for anyone to find and use. I just don't post much anymore, because almost all these questions have been answered on this forum, in many threads. Yet people can't seem to find them, or.............Ok my rant is over. I just find it hard to swallow that someone can't find the info that is out here, yet can find you almost anything on their damn cell phone, but what they want. Hmmm

Maybe just getting out of the hospital has made me a bit irritable. If so, sorry.

I just got back from two hospitals stays. If you aren't happy with my information, then I can't help you. I got in late on this thread,

That said, a good set of Monroe Sensa's or similar will give you a great ride and good cornering. You can buy cheaper shocks, but those work well. That said, I have them on my Scab, but have Gabriels on lil Red in front, and Monroes on the back. I like the ride combo. Always have, so I go that way.

Good luck. I'm to the idea that you won't be getting a lot of help from here on with your attitude. I help, but even i have a stopping point..

sorry to hear about your hospital stays hope your on the mend.monroe sensas , I’ll check em out thanks. Never been told I had an attitude prob by car guys. I’ve spent many many late nights wrenching on and under others vehicles for zero compensation other than knowing I’m saving a fellow car guy cash . I’ve always passed on every trick , tip or help anytime I can (not that I know all that much ) . I’ve never antagonized or poked at someone asking for help. Some people are more the “don’t spill the beans “ type , and there’s nothin wrong with that that’s what makes the car/truck building game an experience I suppose . Thanks again for the I tip on shocksthat you have real life experience with.im also reading up on bolstering but a bit Leary on the “ May have to make modifications to fit “ part

These specific to vehicle forums are quite different than the Facebook ones. There are a couple good ones but for those that are good, there are more than are real a-holes. You are in a specific (f6 on this site) group, asking specific questions. That is fine. You did come off as a bit arrogant and condesending as I saw it. If you just act human, research the search bar for specific items, you'll be fine on here. If you get out of line, then most of the member will give you the "Skylar" treatment. You can search that guy if you have interest. What a total ask-hole. Don't be one of them and you'll do fine. Glad to help, and thanks for the thoughts on my hosp stay.
