My resistors were fine, however I needed to re-solder the connections for my LCD display

 

Glad you got it working! Seems like everyone has this issue with some type of connection

 

I noticed mine was not working. Took it apart and the 2nd resistor going left to right is missing? Anyway I had some crappy solder so I just touched the iron to the remaining resistors and it worked! For a week lol. Going to try it agian with a better gun and wire. Will missing the second resistor make a difference?

 

It shouldn't. The solder itself will serve as a "semi" resistor so you shouldn't have any issues.

 

So where it is missing just run solder from one side to the other where the resistor was?

Where can I get another resistor, when I took mine apart one was missing and I can not find it anywhere. Any one have any idea!!!! Please help thanks so much

About to give this a try on my '01, but I have a lariat w/sunroof.

 

So hey can some one help a girl out, if I need to get another resistor what I don't know the math on this or where I can go to get another one, how to ask for it or what the equivalent to the math is. I read thru some of the post but no one really have said where or who the got another one from. Any help would be awesome thanks guys
