Well i take it easy most of the time, but spend a lot of time offroad which doesnt help...

In the winter time I usually get 280-290 to a tank... Summer time I get 320 before the light comes on.

ive got a 1997 5.4 and Im currently running my first full tank through it and i just got 185 on half a tank. Not sure what size tank cause i filled up when it has a little under half or just above it.

I get 250 from full to half and 450-500 on a whole tank. but since it costs $108 to fill up the whole thing I only do half a tank at a time. If I drive all highway I can get up to 600 until I hit E (36 gallon tank)

For his year truck yes. The 04-08 is different than 97-03.
