Default MPGs!

Allright, so around how many miles does your truck get to a tank? Just wondering because mine is around 200.

Same here. But I think since the speedo is off due to the tire size it will cause your trip odometer to be off. Mine shows I am doing 6 mph less than actual so that will cause the trip odometer to be less than actual but dont know how much. When I fill up and divide miles by the gallons it avg around 10.5 to 11. I have the 5.4 also.

400+ miles in the summer (18-19 mpg), winter a little less than 400 (16-17 mpg)

5.4 and I get 340, then the light comes on, topped it out at 360-70miles. No lift or anything, mixed driving.

200+ on the tank. If you oversize the tires, the odometer and speedometer will be off proportionally to the ratio of the new tire diameter to the original tire diameter. e.g. +6 mph at 60 would be +3 mph at 30. Distance would be 66/60 x odometer miles. If you search "speedometer calculator" you'll find some sites that will help you calibrate your speedometer and odometer. Some ask for your OME tire size and what you're running and will give you corrections to apply.
The short answer is, I think I'm getting about 14 m.p.g., but I'm still on the first full tank since I bought the truck. I'll let you know later this week.

I get about 280. mostly all city driving...and I have recently found out that driving in snow is a very effective way to cut your gas mileage in half I drove 300 miles in 4 high and used over 2 tanks!
