live data help
KD.....I'll be glad to help, but other than your truck having a 4.2 and being 99, I don't know much more about it. I can't pop the picture up to see if 4x4, SC or RC. etc/ Here is the Rock Auto link with the posting they list.

AK or someone else may have better info for you but from my experience a lot of these parts are all aftermarket now if new parts are wanted. 1999 vehicles are out of the supply chain now and the OEM parts aren't being made or supplied anymore. The only chance for OEM parts is to find NOS from somewhere. You may not have many options to Spectra regardless of how good they are or not. Even with companies like Duralast or Dorman branded parts may mean you'd be buying a Spectra tank anyway that was made for other suppliers. Sometimes it almost impossible to know who is actually making the part you're buying.
Well I ordered the tank with pump from Rock Auto. Should be here Friday, Just couldn't swing the motorcraft pump right now. Should I paint the tank before install? I live in west central Fla. so no salt on the roads. Only place it is rusted is where the crossmember and the tank rises it was full of sand and leaves holding moisture there. I will spray bed liner there for sure.
EDIT: Should have known what the link went to.
Of course you can just put it back in black.
