Its main purpose is to restore the gas pedal to factory standards. After years and years of hitting the pedal, it stretches the cable. The mod simply fills in the stretch and you actually get to use all of the power available to you. Heres the link to it:

Fish sinkers are pretty effective too. Thats what I actually used. Pretty nice to access all the truck has to offer in current Horsepower.

LEDs are definitely a good upgrade. I love mine and it is reasonably cheap. I was 1short in this pic but have since replaced the back one also.

Oh ya the lightning heads are also worth it.
