Default Hid Help

So I have one question. Guess its hooking up the controller to the battery. In this video looks like he is hooking up the ground to a "accessory port" where is this on our trucks? Click on the video it will start to where he is talking about what I just said.

What controller are you talking about hid headlights? They make kits that are plug and play with a ballast that you mount with a bracket or zip ties

You still have to power and ground the ballast

Idk man I have a xentec kit with 4300K hid's the ballst is not grounded it runs right into the factory harness and I ran no wires other than the other lights I installed in my truck so you may have a different kit but this one I bought specifically because I didn't have to run or ground anything just bracket the ballast somewhere where it doesn't get wet or too hot
