Well that's different the bi xenon have a hi/low hid so the high beam needs to be grounded out because there is usually a little motor in the ballast to kick it into high

 

Well I figured it out. The "accessory port" or whatever the guy was talking about.. I just put the ground looking thing round the positive on my battery to power the ballast. Then each ballast had a ground and it now works.

Must say I don't think I'll ever drive again without HIDs
