Default Gotts mod?

I keep seeing more and more people saying they did or put on the "gotts mod", can someone fill me in on what this is? From what everyone has said about it, i'm interested in doing it to my truck. Any help/pictures would be awesome, thanks.

Throttle response and power is very noticeable. The whole idea is replacing an air intake tube that is about 1 and 3/4 inches in diameter to 3 inches. Make sure once you do the mod to disconnect your negative lead from your battery, reconnect it, and let idle for 10 minutes for your computer to recalculate the air/fuel ratio.

is it nessessary to let it idle, or can you drive it? i did the mod this afternoon and let it idle for a few minutes and took it for a drive around the block and parked it. i also looked into doing the silencer mod and apparently my 07 doesnt have a silencer in the intake tube. she is wide open.

But will the sensor notice more air coming in and send more fuel to even it out?
