Haha yea mine was thick wall only came in a 2 ft section so I guess I have a good wackin stick.

Here's how you do it http://www.f150online.com/forums/art...3-f-150-a.html and i saw a 2 mpg increase went from 18 to 20. Definitely worth doing the difference is a lot more than you would think at least it was for me

I couldn't believe that the old inlet was so small and I could fit the whole.piece inside the 3 inh tube

im not sure why people dont do it, took me a while to get around to it but after i did it, i have no clue why i ever waited.

i got the thick walled stuff but 3 mins on a grind wheel and it fit perfectly, i got 4ft of it and did it to 3 vehicles

Ya not sure why some spend big money on cold air intakes, other than for the looks! Now get a $50 junk yard E-fan and get some more HP out of your truck!

I got the 16 inch efan off a 3.8L taurus, i got a sct x3 tuner, flowmaster exhaust on the way. Should be here all here in about two weeks perfect time gettin out of school and gonna start puttin it together on the weekends.
