Default getting a cb need some help

Does anybody have any pictures of where they have their cb is mounted. I have a 5 speed so idk if I can mount mine by the cup holder. What are some good antennas. I don't want a roof mount I personaly don't like the way they look. And I want dual fiberglass. How tall should I get I was thinking 4 foot would be tall enough. Any help is would be great

Alright try and follow me here for your antenna, the back of your bed you know those holes in the top of the bed on the corners. To help strap things down I guess. Take the cover off one about 6" down there is a hole and like a metal bracket around it. I put the ant. threw there screwed it in the other side and ran the wire along the bed, into the cab threw the air vents behind the seats. Then I drilled a hole in the middle of the cap and slid it down the ant. as kind of a holder for it. Ill take a picture later. Im at work right now haha.

I mounted dual antennas on my tool box but only wired one due to the effect it could have on my CB. I kind of messed up when I ordered mine. I bought three footers and should have bought fours or four and a half's. Oh and I mounted my CB on my speaker box behind the passenger seat. Its easy to get to and use and is still out of the way...

I was thinking of putting them on the tool box. But its a 600 dollar toolbox so that is out of the question. I will check out the bed cap things tomorrow. How do you have your cb wired up? I would like to have the least amount of wires showing. And I am also going to get a 100watt powerhorn speaker from radioshack. Should I have that under the hood or try to mount it in the bumper some how. Is wilson a good brand. I found some 1000 watters for like 25 bucks a piece on ebay with shipping.
