I feel your pain! Was worried I had a GEM with a bad 4x4 circuit,turned out no. Hope you get back up and running quickly without too much wallet pain. Have you tried a OBD to see if the GEM communicates with the PCM? If no communication definitely a dead GEM. At least you might get some active codes, ie: dead circuit to cluster

 

New gem is good. But no communication to pcm
