Abs
air bag
Radio
Interior lights
Turn Signals
Windows
Garage door opener
Headlight switch illumination
Yea that's just a partial list for sure. I was just looking at a list earlier for a 2000 tho..same communication pin-outs.

Do the chimes sound off, like door ajar, key in the ignition or headlight chime after KO ?

Anyway that's all GEM. Pins/connector have to be squeaky clean. If the connector pins have been connected and reconnected a lot, helps to take a sewing needle to the male ends and open them just a little sometimes before connect.

Well, I guess you have to rely on the tech or whomever is working on it. Sucks sometimes as they don't always share all the info with yuh.

Hope they get it right.

Could the GEM cause just the esof to not work? I don't have any power to the transfer case. But when I turn the switch the front end engages but the t-case gets.no power

If the differential is locking in, it works. The GEM only provides ground to the relay. If you do not have 12 volts, check fuse 17 in the fuse box under your hood. By the way, the relay for the differential is a different circuit.

the front different locks in. When I turn the switch. To 4hi. But with the truck running I pulled the pigtail at the tcasr and had no power to the t-case at all. The vac. Selonids click and move the leaver on the front pumpkin fine. Just no power at the tcase. And it does nothing when I try to switch to 4lo

Again, check fuse 17 under the hood.

The lid wasn't very definitive so I check all the fuses with my multimeter. They all checked out good. I already checked under the dash they're all good
