Remove the BPS sensor in the rear. We have no connector to go there - our trucks don't need that sensor. Also remove the vac lines to that guy.

Remove the BBVS sensor, again we have no connector to go there - our trucks don't need that sensor. Also remove the vac lines to that guy.

Sell sensors on lightningrodder and profit I also cut the entire bracket in half just so only the relevant sensors were there.

Keep DPF sensor and EVR sensor if you'd like to keep it emissions legal. I kept mine and then ditched it since it made a rats nest and plug changes were harder to do with all the junk.

charliedyal i found this diagram before my swap and it SUCKED haha.

My diagram is the one with my name in it jferg92 Stick with this one and your golden. Also - delete the vac lines going to BBVS that should be 2 black & 1 pink. dont need those or the sensor. I got lazy and haven't edited the drawing.

I actually know a guy who did use the lightning PCM, i remember him saying one of the two 4x4 settings work... Don't know much more beyond that Probably 4 low which wont work??!

That would make sense

Correct as the Lightning PCM doesnt have the communication output for the 4wd. There is actually a extra chipset in our ECU's for 4wd/ABS/Trans communications.

2000 F150 4x4 Whipple 2.3L 2nd Dyno Run Lightning Conversion.MP4 - YouTube
Doesn't sound built, but that just may be the defective audio. That Whipple sure screams! Bad audio or not lol. That's the first Catipillar Yeller charger I've seen.
