I got it btw. And measured it when I got home and it's not 6 inches but I'll see if it works anyways and if not then I'll decide what I'll try next when I get to it.

Alright guys, need a rough price and the cost to finish my truck.
Bottom end is built,I have cams, lash adjusters, head gaskets, cht sensor and cam tower bolts for the top end. I know I need timing chains, rocker arms, chain guides is there anything else I need for the top? I'm spending so much money looking for a dd so I'm just gonna kick it up a notch and get this pain in the *** knocked out.

Want the motor shop installed,I have a price of $1400 but I'm not sure if they're a great shop or not when it comes to something that big. What would you expect to pay? Also need an estimate on surfacing and building the heads if you guys know a ball park range off hand.
Trans is gonna cost me $300,gears $675 not including fluids.

Update on the truck.

Exhaust leak is fixed. Just needed some studs for the exhaust flange and it bolted back together just fine.

I still have a slight miss but cannot find any exhaust leak when I crawl under there so now I'm strictly thinking coils.

Went to oreilly's and found out my 4v coils will not work in the truck because they do not have the eyelet to bolt then onto the intake.

May take you up on that offer @jferg

Thats right, no hold down screw. 4V Motorcrafts are cheap as well, -search ebay for the Visteons, if you want new Motorcrafts.

Alright. I can't guarantee they'll work but the one I used as a replacement is working just fine. Just pay for an envelope for shipping

Ya, I've decided I'll wait until June but got all out. auburn diff, full rebuild front and rear, new axle shafts, etc.
I told my buddy $800 labor which is pretty fair I think.
He wants some insight in the front diff since he's never done an ifs swap before
